Yesterday (5/24) there were 5 Vex Strike Force events outside of the wee hours of the morning. They were at 8:30am, 12:20pm, 3:00pm, 5:45pm, and 9:00pm (all times Eastern). The day before (5/23) there were also 5 outside of the hours you noted. I've done I think 6 or 7 vex strike forces today on my Hunter, I own all exotics EXCEPT for the very newest gauntlets, Triton something something, the glaive guantlets and they have not dropped. Idk if anyone else has gotten the most recent exotics from VSF but if you have, lucky you ig.

For example, you, without owning lightfall, cannot get Swarmers or Balidorse Wrathweavers, since those are tied to the lightfall dlc.

I recall various people saying they couldn't get new exotics to drop from strike force because they didn't own lightfall. This really shouldn't be the case, but even one guy said he ran countless events owning all DLCs except lightfall and nothing would drop.
